Our Approach
Every young person deserves to feel safe, respected, valued and that they belong.
Our practice is child-centred, rights-based, trauma-informed, relationship-based and culturally responsive. For separated children, this includes recognising the impact of separation, migration, loss, uncertainty and transition while ensuring that each young person is seen first and foremost as an individual—not defined by their immigration status or past experiences.
We work collaboratively with young people and relevant professionals to support safeguarding, health and wellbeing, education, identity and cultural connection, positive relationships, community integration, life skills and preparation for adulthood.
Through consistent relationships and individualised care, we support young people to develop resilience, confidence, independence and hope for their future.
Our Commitment
At Avonbridge Care, we are committed to providing the highest standards of care and safeguarding. We operate in full compliance with national standards and continuously strive to improve our services so that every young person receives the support, care, and opportunities they deserve.
